Buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest moves. It deserves more than a transaction — it deserves an agent who is with you at every step of the way.
An agent in the network connects you with a licensed agent in the area you’re moving to.
You’ll hear from them within one business day to talk through what you need. No obligation.
You choose whether to work with them. Not the right fit? Tell us and we’ll introduce you to someone else.
We do not collect fees from clients. All referral arrangements are between brokerages.
Buying, selling or renting in Toronto and the surrounding area? Tell me what you’re looking for and I’ll get back to you personally.
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
A conversation first. Tell me what you’re after and we’ll talk it through — no pressure, no obligation.
Fifteen years across Toronto and the surrounding communities, and straight answers about what your move actually looks like.
When you reach out, you’ll hear back from me the same day — usually within a few hours.
No fee, no penalty, because none of that means anything to a homeowner. Just the promise itself, which is what they came for.
Everything below is confirmed in writing on a signed referral agreement before I make first contact.
How referrals work, what gets agreed up front, and what happens once your client is in my hands.
Search the network for an agent in the market you need, then contact them directly through their profile. The referral arrangement is made between the two of you — the network makes the introduction and steps back.
No. Agents pay a flat annual fee to be listed, and the network takes nothing from any referral. Whatever you and the agent agree is entirely between you.
Nothing. Searching the network and contacting an agent is free. There’s no commission, finder’s fee or subscription for sending a referral.
Licence number, brokerage and board membership are published on this page so you can check them against the provincial registry before you refer. Nothing is asked of you on trust.
Yes. A signed referral agreement confirming our terms comes before any contact with your client. The term and the split are set out in it, so nothing is left to memory.
That’s common and it changes nothing. I stay in contact at whatever pace suits them and keep you posted, and the agreement covers the full term however long it takes.
You’ll be told. Written updates run through the transaction and you’ll hear on closing day. You should never have to chase for information.
our client is yours. If they decide not to proceed, or the deal collapses, the relationship is handed back to you.
Then I step back. I won’t approach a client who’s already under contract with another agent, and I’ll let you know so you can sort it out with them.
Yes, and I’d prefer it. A short call before anything is signed means we both know the terms, and your client gets a proper handover rather than a cold introduction.
Referring a client, or looking for an agent yourself — either way, this is the fastest way to reach me.
