The Canadian Real Estate Referral Network was built from real experience, real relationships, and a commitment to earning an honest day’s living.
Our founder, Aaron Hill, is no stranger to hard work. Before launching the network, Aaron was a sucessful buisness man & work across Ontario. Born legally blind with a rare degenerative eye condition, Aaron never allowed the challenges he faced to define his abilities. If the work needed doing, he found a way to do it — even if that meant hiring drivers so he could personally show up on-site every day.
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Aaron paused his demolition operations to homeschool his children. During that time, his vision continued to change, making returning to demolition unsafe. Instead of stepping back, he stepped forward — teaching himself web design and digital development from scratch. Drawing from years of close connections with the real estate industry, Aaron identified a gap: agents across Canada needed an easier way to connect, collaborate, and refer business between cities, provinces, and specialties.
So, the foundation for The Canadian Real Estate Referral Network was laid.
